There was a time when i lived on autopilot-Doing what was expected ,while feeling disconnected from who i m truly.

As an intensive care specialist with over 2o years of experience i have witnessed life at its most fragile moments -where clarity ,resilience and inner strength truly matter. The journey changed me .I chose to rebuild myself with intention ,boundaries and deeper understanding of the bond with myself that's so precious to me .I made a choice to rebuild my life with intention ,boundaries and deeper understanding of midbody and spirit

with my experience and inner work ,i feel obligated to help men and women go within and find their inner strength and beauty which will eventually pave wave to what they want to become in the outer world .I am based out a city called "Chennai ',that's in southern parts of India
